What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance services on medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Complete inspections and ensure all repairs meet company and DOT safety standards.
  • Accurately document repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.
  • Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to maximize fleet uptime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous diesel technician or heavy truck mechanic experience required.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and major component repairs.
  • Knowledge of Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Paccar, Caterpillar, or similar diesel engines is a plus.
  • Own tools preferred (tool allowance available if applicable).
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
