Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality labels. While prior experience with digital or flexographic presses is preferred, we are open to training motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Press Manager in operating digital printing presses
- Set up and operate digital printing equipment efficiently, ensuring quality control during production
- Perform critical quality checks, including color consistency, copy accuracy, registration, and ink adhesion
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Communicate effectively with production, graphics, and front office teams
- Accurately input material usage and production time data into the ERP system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to housekeeping and safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in digital printing or print production is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must be willing to cross-train on various equipment across the production floor
- Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a consistent and repetitive environment
- Physical requirements include standing, reaching, walking, and occasionally kneeling or crouching
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
