Key responsibilities include:

    • Plumbing systems
    • Doors and hardware
    • Parking garages and common areas
    • Interior and exterior building finishes
  • Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions to keep facilities operating efficiently.
  • Support and execute preventative maintenance programs that maximize asset life and reliability.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, repair logs, and reports.
  • Utilize work order and maintenance management systems effectively.
  • Monitor parts and supply inventories and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Provide input on budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Promote Safety and Service

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Identify and address unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe working order.
  • Support Easton's commitment to exceptional tenant and guest service through responsive, professional maintenance operations.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial, retail, campus, or large-scale environments.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized work order systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trade school education or technical training.
  • Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

What Makes You Successful

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of accountability and follow-through.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
  • A service mindset focused on supporting tenants, guests, and fellow team members.

Work Environment

This position works in both indoor and outdoor environments throughout an active mixed-use property. Conditions may include changing weather, varying noise levels, active public spaces, and occasional office work.
