• Participating in training sessions to learn industrial sewing techniques and best practices
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote efficiency and safety

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or sewing experience (preferred but entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Basic knowledge of sewing machines and industrial sewing equipment is a plus, but not required
