In this role, you will be instrumental in the precise finishing of aluminum parts, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards and are prepared for the next phase of production. What You'll Do:

• Perform deburring, sanding, and polishing of aluminum parts daily, utilizing a variety of hand tools to achieve a smooth, defect-free surface.
• Carefully clean and inspect each part to ensure conformity with quality specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain deburring and finishing tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections to verify that all parts meet standards before moving forward in production.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Stand for prolonged periods at your workbench, demonstrating manual dexterity and precision in every task.
• Use bending, twisting, and other physical movements to access different parts and areas as required.
• Support seamless production flow through dependable attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, machine shop, or related environments preferred.
• 1-3 years of hands-on deburring and finishing experience with aluminum parts.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision working skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Operates within a foundry-like environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment including earplugs, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and gloves as necessary.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing bending, twisting, and manual tasks with accuracy.
• Must possess visual acuity suitable for close-up work to ensure precision.
