We are hiring a Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Tampa. This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities • Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials • Transport materials throughout the warehouse or production floor • Load and unload trucks as needed • Keep inventory and materials organized in assigned areas • Inspect the forklift before each shift and report any safety or maintenance concerns • Assist with general warehouse and production duties when needed • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Qualifications • Previous forklift operating experience required • Sit-down and/or stand-up forklift experience preferred • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred • Reliable attendance and transportation • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
