Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including housekeeping and equipment support
- Assist with material handling and production-related tasks
- Operate or train on powered industrial trucks (forklift certification required)
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and twisting
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Important Note
- Must be able to operate a forklift and pass training, however forklift operation may be limited based on assignment needs
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in a dusty/dirty environment
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication skills in team environments
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor roles
