Health & Safety Lead
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Lead to oversee workplace safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workplace injury and incident investigations, including root cause analysis
• Develop and implement corrective and preventative safety measures
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Facilitate safety meetings and training programs for employees and leadership
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
• Track, analyze, and report safety performance metrics and trends
• Support emergency response planning and workplace safety improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety practices
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred
• OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 6–12 months of safety experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management
• Experience with incident investigation and reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
