Requirements:
Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one
Proven experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving procedures
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work in an environment with varying temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Load and unload trucks, verifying material accuracy and placement
Transport, relocate, and stack raw materials and finished products
Assist fabricators with loading fabrication fixtures
Track inventory movements using scanners or manual logs
Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues promptly
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock management
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operating procedures
Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines
