Summary:
  • Perform high-quality surface preparation and coating applications on steel and metal components.
  • Join a skilled team dedicated to safety, precision, and craftsmanship in industrial finishing.
  • Work in a hands-on environment using advanced blasting and coating equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform sandblasting, grinding, and other surface preparation methods to remove rust, scale, and old coatings.
  • Set up and operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Mix, prepare, and apply primers, epoxies, urethanes, and other industrial coatings using spray equipment.
  • Apply coatings to achieve uniform coverage, correct film thickness, and desired finish quality.
  • Inspect surfaces to ensure proper cleanliness and profile before painting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Work Experience: 2–3 years of experience in industrial painting, coating, or sandblasting.
  • Special Certifications: Knowledge of or certification in industrial coating systems (NACE, SSPC, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and technical data sheets.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to work in industrial environments (lifting, standing, wearing PPE).
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
