     • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
     • Overtime available on Fridays

    Summary:
     • Janitor / Assembly Associate position in a structural steel manufacturing facility
     • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production and warehouse areas
     • Assist with assembly projects using hand tools and power tools
     • Support production operations while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
     • Perform a variety of cleaning, assembly, and general labor duties as needed
    Responsibilities:
     • Clean and maintain production floors, workstations, break areas,  and common areas
     • Remove debris, scrap materials, and waste from manufacturing areas to maintain a safe workplace
     • Assist with assembly of structural steel components using hand tools and power tools
     • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly specifications as required
     • Organize materials, tools, and work areas to support efficient production operations
     • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspaces
     • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
     • Assist with general labor and production support duties as assigned
    Requirements:
     • Previous janitorial, manufacturing, assembly, or industrial experience
     • Experience using hand tools and power tools required
     • Ability to work safely in a structural steel manufacturing environment
     • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety
     • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
     • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
     • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
     • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
     • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
