Landscape Maintenance TechnicianPay: $20/hr Snow Removal Pay: Additional $6/hr Schedule: Monday–Thursday, Fridays as needed; 7:30 AM until work is complete. Hours vary by season and daylight. No night work except for snow removal. Job Duties:
Mowing, trimming, weed control, pruning, edging, and mulching
Spring and fall cleanups
Snow removal
Other landscaping duties as needed
Requirements:
Landscaping experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Pass a drug screen
Ability to work year-round
Potential for full-time hire after contract period
Dress Code/PPE:
Leather work boots required—no tennis shoes, high tops, Crocs, or sandals
Shirt with sleeves and khaki pants
PPE provided: safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
Attendance: During the 90-day probationary period, 2 unexcused absences—including same-day call-offs, late arrivals, or leaving early without approval—may result in termination.
