Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Snow Removal Pay: Additional $10.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays as needed Start Time: 7:30 AM End Time: When the work is complete Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to perform year-round landscaping and property maintenance. This position includes mowing, trimming, pruning, weed control, mulching, edging, and seasonal snow removal. Job Duties
Mow and maintain lawns
Trim and edge landscaping areas
Perform weed control and pruning
Apply mulch and maintain landscape beds
Assist with snow removal during winter months
Safely operate landscaping equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other landscaping duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous landscaping experience preferred
Ability to work year-round
Dependable and reliable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
