• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. This position involves assembling seed display boards, picking and packing seed packets, monitoring inventory, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure production goals are met. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have strong attention to detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick seed packets and place them into pre-built display units.
• Assemble display boards and promotional displays as needed.
• Perform basic warehouse picking and packing duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Ensure product quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process.
• Assist in maintaining production quotas and daily goals.
• Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, picking, packing, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.

Dress Code

• Comfortable work clothing is permitted.
• Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

Additional Requirements

• Safety glasses are required while on the production floor.
• Safety glasses and side shields will be provided by Green Garden if needed.
• Cell phones are not permitted on the warehouse floor.
• Phones may be stored in personal vehicles or lockers located in the breakroom.
• Employees choosing to use a locker must provide their own lock.
• Locks must be removed at the end of each workday.
