Job Description - MachineOperator (Bottling Dept.)

Pay: $18.00/hr (1st Shift)

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • On-Site | Hired through Ultimate Staffing

Our client is seeking hands-on Machine Operators for its bottling department. Positions are available in both the liquid (pints & quarts) and powder operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate fully/semi-automatic machines (fillers, cappers, labelers - most require 2 operators)

* Troubleshoot issues and replace worn parts

* Maintain tools and retrieve own supplies from warehouse

* Ensure products meet quality standards

* Keep area clean and follow GMP, HACCP & safety guidelines

* Complete daily records and follow production schedules

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

* Must stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs

* Team player - strong communication & collaboration skills

* Prior bottling/manufacturing experience preferred
