Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator candidate to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate should work well with others, follow company policies and safety procedures, and accurately complete all required job duties and requirements. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Plastic Injection Molding Operator to operate injection molding equipment and ensure plastic parts are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. The operator will monitor machines, inspect finished products, perform basic trimming and finishing, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Pay Rate: $12.00 / work 40 hours will be paid $13.00 Shift/Hours: 1st Shift / 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Benefits:

Requirements:
Operate plastic injection molding machines according to established production procedures.
Load and monitor materials used in the molding process.
Start, stop, and monitor machines while watching for equipment or production issues.
Inspect molded parts for defects, including cracks, flash, warping, short shots, discoloration, or other quality concerns.
Remove finished parts from molds and perform trimming, deburring, or other basic finishing activities.
Assemble or package molded components according to customer specifications.
Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Identify machine or product issues and notify the supervisor or maintenance personnel.
Keep the workstation and production area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
Meet established production, quality, and attendance expectations.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
