Required Skills • A minimum of 6 to 12 months of production experience • Familiarity with assembly line operations • Experience in packaging and labeling • Ability to stand for extended periods • Competent in reading and writing bilingual skills preferred • Strong communication abilities • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Willingness to rotate within departments as needed • Openness to working overtime when required • Capacity to lift 20 pounds regularly • Ability to reach overhead and carry items • Skillful in following instructions with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills • Previous experience operating machinery • Basic troubleshooting skills for minor equipment issues • A team-oriented approach and positive attitude
Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous machine operating experience is a plus
