- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform machine adjustments and inspections during production
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Responsibilities:- Operate machines used in candle production including pouring, extruding, pressing, and dipping
- Measure, record, and adjust machines to maintain product consistency
- Perform pre-shift inspections and troubleshoot machine or material issues
- Complete machine and product changeovers such as molds, wax blends, wicks, and cutting blades
- Record production data in the company tracking system
- Work with production and support teams to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to troubleshoot machines and production issues
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
