Quad''s Chemical Research/Technology (CR/T) facility in Hartford, WI, is hiring a Night Shift Machine Operator trainee to help produce the inks used in Quad printing operations across the country. No ink manufacturing experience? That''s okay-we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

What You''ll Earn

• Starting pay of $20.00/hour or more, based on experience
• Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

• Night Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Monday - Friday
• Enjoy a consistent 5-day work week

What You''ll Do

As part of our manufacturing team, you''ll help produce specialty inks and resins using industrial equipment and processes. Responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment and production systems
• Loading raw materials and monitoring production processes
• Operating forklifts (training available)
• Unloading tanker trucks and railcars
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Working closely with teammates to meet production goals

What We''re Looking For

• Ability to work an 8-hour day shift schedule
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
