Pro Resources is hiring a Hydro-Machine Operator for a company in West Lebanon that has been manufacturing metal hoses since 1962.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company standards and safety procedures.
Review work orders, prepare materials, and load raw materials into production equipment.
Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects or equipment issues.
Perform basic quality control checks and maintain accurate production records and logs.
Package, store, and prepare finished products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Enter production data into Epicor or other company systems as required.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
Ability to read and interpret, or learn to interpret, drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data.
Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments and work overtime as needed.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
Must have Steel-Toed boots.
