Maintenance Technician Location: Joyce Ave, Columbus, OH 43219Monday–Friday, 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMMonday–Friday, 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Summary:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility
  • Support installation and setup of machinery
  • Ensure a safe and functional work environment
  • Work with electrical components and mechanical systems
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, install, and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine building and equipment maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Assist with moving and adjusting equipment as needed
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
  • Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
  • Experience with equipment installation and repair
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of 480V and 240V electrical systems
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift as needed
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable with good attendance and work ethic
Working Conditions:
  • Warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
Key Highlights:
  • Multi-craft maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
  • Strong electrical experience, including 3-phase motor repair
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems troubleshooting
  • Welding and fabrication background (MIG, TIG, FCAW, Stick)
  • Experience with PLCs, industrial controls, and robotic systems
  • Forklift certified and OSHA-compliant
