Shipping & Material Handling Associate

We are looking for a Material Handler to join our Level+Pressure USA Supply Chain Logistics team in Greenwood, Indiana and help keep materials and finished products moving safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our facility. In this role, you will support incoming goods, internal material flow, inventory accuracy, and outbound shipment preparation so our production teams and customers receive what they need, when they need it.

As a Material Handler within Supply Chain Logistics at Level+Pressure USA, you will play an important role in receiving, storing, moving, counting, preparing, and shipping materials and finished products across the facility.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Meet the basic requirements of employment by working safely, performing quality work, and executing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Actively maintain 5S standards and keep workspaces clean, organized, and ready for safe daily operations.
Perform receipts of incoming material, verifying quantity, condition, and receipt accuracy.
Cycle count inventory according to the defined schedule and make necessary adjustments to support accurate inventory and steady material flow.
Perform timely put-away of received material using the First-In, First-Out method.
Operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
Distribute materials within the facility to support production work centers, complete necessary transactions, and support efficient lineside presentation by de-trashing and preparing delivery containers.
Update the status of completed orders and prepare finished products for packing and shipping.
Utilize SAP and other systems to perform routine transactions that accurately move materials and products.
Communicate effectively with team members, internal customers, and external customers while promoting a positive, respectful, and customer-focused work culture.
What do we expect from you?
You:
Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Can read, write, and communicate effectively.
Are able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Have prior training and/or experience in a warehouse or shipping environment, or a willingness to learn.
Can safely operate, or are willing to be trained to operate, powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
Have basic Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn SAP and other computer systems.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality focus, and the ability to complete accurate work.
Bring a positive attitude, contribute to a respectful team environment, and support continuous improvement ideas.
Can regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, using appropriate lifting assistance for items weighing more than 35 pounds.
Are comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that requires standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and other physical movement throughout the workday.
