As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll support the assembly of boilers and related components, working collaboratively to ensure each product is built accurately and efficiently. You’ll work alongside experienced team members in a fast-paced environment that values precision and safety.

What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Building boilers and related sub-assemblies, including exchangers, wiring, testing, and crating.
  • Operating a variety of hand and air-powered tools safely and efficiently.
  • Reading blueprints, work instructions, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Verifying that all assembled products meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid basic math skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.
