Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
As an Operator, you will be responsible for

• Setting up machines according to provided setup cards
• Loading and threading materials  through the loom
• Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met
• Recording production data such as weight, thickness, and width
• Weighing and recording finished rolls
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of your work area

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow detailed setup instructions and production procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to distinguish color variations and identify quality issues
• Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery and moving parts
