Packaging Technician
Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Summary:

• Support shipping, receiving, and packaging operations
• Ensure accurate handling and shipment of materials and products
• Work closely with production to meet deadlines
• Maintain organization and efficiency in the warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Load/unload materials using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing lists
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments
• Manage shipping and packaging supply inventory
• Assist with basic assembly and prep work (cleaning/masking parts)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:Desired Work Experience:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma required

Special Certifications Needed:

• Forklift certification preferred

Additional Qualifications:

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (140 lbs team lift)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and on a team
