Are you looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with long-term potential? We're seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join a growing production team as a Filling Operator. This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and attendance.

Position Responsibilities
Operate automated and semi-automated filling equipment
Fill products into the appropriate containers according to production specifications
Safely connect and disconnect pressurized equipment
Perform clean checks, equipment inspections, and retain sample procedures
Clean tanks and production equipment between production runs
Accurately complete production documentation and enter information into the computer system
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or general production experience required
Chemical manufacturing, mixing, or packaging experience is a plus
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk throughout the shift
Frequently lift up to 60 pounds
Occasionally lift up to 90 pounds
Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed
