The pick/pack role is a fast paced order pulling position.
Job Duties:
Use/Follow and RF Scanner to pull orders of Western Wear Clothing
The RF Scanner tracks everything they do, so you have to make sure you are meeting your numbers/goals and staying busy and working
Associate will box/package the orders once they find the product
Associate will bring the finished order to designated shipping areas
Other duties may be assigned, such as helping to keep a clean warehouse environment
Requirements:
Must be reliable (all pre-scheduled attendance call outs must be communicated with Employment Solutions, and Miller International the day prior, no exceptions)
Must be able to understand English
Must be able to work on your feet at a fast paced throughout an 8 hour shift (there will be quotas they have to meet)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
Associates must clock in/out for the start and end of all shifts, as well as the two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch
PPE
Closed toed shoes and warehouse attire (jeans or work pants)
Steel toed boots/shoes are preferred but not required
Schedule:
M-F 6am-2:30pm
Pay is $17.29/hour
