1st shift-Pick/Pack

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable Pick & Pack Associates to join our team in Lockbourne, OH.We are looking for reliable individuals to assist in a warehouse environment building seed displays by picking seed packets and placing them into pre-built display units. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is dependable, pays attention to detail, follows safety procedures, and is committed to excellent attendance and teamwork.Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Shift/Hours:

• 1st Shift
• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to follow workplace safety guidelines
• Safety glasses are required (provided by warehouse including side shields for prescription glasses if needed)
• No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor
• If using a locker, employees must provide their own lock and remove it daily
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Responsibilities:

• Pick seed packets according to production orders
• Assemble and build seed display units
• Pack completed displays for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Dress Code:

• Comfortable clothing
• Closed-toe shoes are required
