1st shift-Pick/Pack

Position: Warehouse Associate –1st shift pick/ pack

Summary:

• Assist in building and assembling seed display units
• Perform basic warehouse pick and pack duties
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain quality and accuracy while completing assignments

Responsibilities:

• Pick seed packets and place them into pre-built display racks
• Assist with assembling display boards and promotional displays
• Follow work instructions to ensure accurate order completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures

Requirements:Desired Work Experience:

• Previous warehouse, assembly, or pick/pack experience preferred but not required

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Additional Qualifications:

• Must wear closed-toe shoes
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Safety glasses required (provided onsite)
• No cell phones permitted on the production floor
• Must be reliable and able to follow directions
• If using a locker, associates must provide their own lock and remove it daily

Schedule:1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
