1st shift-Pick/Pack

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Pick/Pack Associate to join our team in Groveport, OH.We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to work in a warehouse environment packing flower seeds. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
Pay Rate:$14.00 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday  7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive packing duties
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be willing to pack and handle flower seed product

Responsibilities:

• Pack flower seeds according to company standards
• Pick and prepare products for packing
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Label and organize packaged products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
