Job Title: Warehouse Pick & Pack/Repack Project 
Location: Tracy
Schedule: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Pay Rate: $18.50

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick/Packer to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice systems
• Pack orders securely and label shipments according to company standards
• Inspect products for accuracy and damage before shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned (sorting, staging, inventory support)

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [35–50 lbs] throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Steel toe shoes
