Job Title: 1st Shift Order Picker


Pay: $18.00 per hour


Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

As a 1st Shift Order Picker, you'll ensure the smooth movement of products by accurately locating, picking, and replenishing inventory. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to keep operations efficient and maintain a clean, safe workspace every day.


What You'll Do


As a 1st Shift Order Picker, you will be responsible for:
  • Using RF scanners to accurately locate, pick, verify, and replenish products
  • Loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials for shipping and receiving
  • Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assisting with inventory movement, product organization, and general warehouse tasks
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Following all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous order picking experience required
  • At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a commitment to safety
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is a plus
