1st Shift Picker

Position: 1st Shift Picker 
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $15.00
Job Summary: Operating an electric pallet jack and manually picking products from racks to fill orders. Products can weigh up to 50 lbs, and will need to follow directions to pick the correct product and stack product correctly on pallets for shipment. Position requires that you are able to walk and be on your feet  for the entire shift. 
Duties/Responsibilities but not limited to: 
Able to read paper workPull correct number of product from racks Label products for shipmentOperate electric pallet jack safelyWork well with others and take directions

Required Skills/Abilities: • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday • Ability to read order sheets• Ability to use electric pallet jack • Ability to follow instructions. • Excellent time management skills. 
Physical Requirements:• Prolonged periods of standing and walking. • Must be physically able to stand and walk, bend, and lift products off pallets.• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time. • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision• Outstanding organization skills • Ability to read, write, and understand English • Perform other duties within your skill set, as needed or directed.
