Pro Resources has partnered with a precision sheet metal and fabrication company in Huntington that specializes in CNC stamping and machining, robotic welding, tube bending, and full-service standard and/or specialty coatings capabilities. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inspecting powder-coated parts, picking orders, packing, labeling, and ensuring parts are shipped accurately and on time.
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F
Pay: $16 per hour
Job Duties
Inspect parts coming off the powder coat line for quality and consistency
Pick orders accurately according to work orders/pick lists
Pack parts securely to prevent damage during transit
Label parts and packages correctly for shipment
Verify shipments are complete and accurate before they go out
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or shipping experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail, especially when inspecting parts for quality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be dependable with a consistent attendance record
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe, clean work environment
Steel toes required; HSD/GED preferred but not required
