1st Shift Picker/Packer
We are currently seeking a candidate who works well under pressure and adapts quickly to change for a client in Medina, Ohio!
Our client is a fifth-generation family company with a strong focus on honesty, integrity, and diligent craftsmanship of their products. They are one of the largest suppliers of their product to their target market in the United States today!
Shift:- 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday
Pay:Key Responsibilities:- Picking orders using warehouse software and pick carts.
- Packing and shipping orders utilizing shipping software.
- Self-motivated to keep up with the fast pace environment of the department.
- May also be required to assist with special projects associated with the production and shipping of product as needed.
- Responsible for keeping work area neat and clean.
- Must work well in a team environment
Minimum Requirements:- Must be able to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Must have strong PC skills
- Must be comfortable with computer software/scanners/printers
- Valid Ohio Drivers License
- Strong decision making and communication skills Independent and self-starting
- Required Heavy lifting: must be able to lift items up to 50+lbs
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
