Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking dependable and motivated Pick & Pack / General Labor Associates to join our team in Roanoke, TX.
We are looking for reliable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This position involves picking and packing products, preparing shipments, moving materials, and supporting general warehouse operations.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and productivity.
Pay Rate:1st Shift: $17.00/HR
2nd Shift: $18.00/HR
Shift/Hours:1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
• Prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload materials and products
• Receive and put away incoming inventory
• Move products and materials throughout the distribution center
• Assist with inventory movement and organization
• Verify product quantities and maintain accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals
