Full-time 1st shift position (7:30am–4:00pm)
Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work

Summary
Full-time 1st shift opportunity in a manufacturing environment
Operate and monitor printing equipment to complete production orders according to specifications
Ensure print quality, accuracy, and production efficiency throughout the printing process
Support production goals while maintaining company quality and safety standards
Responsibilities
Complete production orders in the correct priority sequence by properly preparing each order according to specifications before beginning the printing process
Download and configure print runs from the appropriate production files
Distinguish and select appropriate colors, including identifying differences between similar shades
Adjust print programs to improve print registration accuracy and overall print quality
Inspect and monitor print output, identifying defects and documenting items requiring reprint
Splice new material onto printers while ensuring proper alignment and smooth operation
Maintain quality control standards with a focus on minimizing scrap and waste
Troubleshoot basic printer issues and report more complex problems to supervisors as needed
Collaborate with production team members and provide feedback to support continuous improvement
Follow all plant safety guidelines, safe work practices, and applicable regulations
Adapt to changing production needs and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Ability to follow detailed production instructions and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify color variations and print quality issues
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working inside a metal stamping facility
Ability to stand, walk, and perform production tasks throughout the shift
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards
Dependable attendance and willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
