Summary
  • Full-time 1st shift opportunity in a manufacturing environment
  • Operate and monitor printing equipment to complete production orders according to specifications
  • Ensure print quality, accuracy, and production efficiency throughout the printing process
  • Support production goals while maintaining company quality and safety standards

Responsibilities
  • Complete production orders in the correct priority sequence by properly preparing each order according to specifications before beginning the printing process
  • Download and configure print runs from the appropriate production files
  • Distinguish and select appropriate colors, including identifying differences between similar shades
  • Adjust print programs to improve print registration accuracy and overall print quality
  • Inspect and monitor print output, identifying defects and documenting items requiring reprint
  • Splice new material onto printers while ensuring proper alignment and smooth operation
  • Maintain quality control standards with a focus on minimizing scrap and waste
  • Troubleshoot basic printer issues and report more complex problems to supervisors as needed
  • Collaborate with production team members and provide feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Follow all plant safety guidelines, safe work practices, and applicable regulations
  • Adapt to changing production needs and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Ability to follow detailed production instructions and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify color variations and print quality issues
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working inside a metal stamping facility
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform production tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
