Summary:
 • Assist with machine setup and custom production runs in a promotional products facility
 • Move, load, and change material rolls to keep production running efficiently
 • Support multiple departments through cross-training and shop floor assistance
Responsibilities:
 • Assist with machine setup, ink mixing, and preparation for custom production runs
 • Move and load material rolls onto production equipment
 • Remove and install rolls safely to maintain efficient production flow
 • Assist with production operations across multiple departments as needed
 • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areas between runs
 • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
 • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:Work Experience:
 • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or warehouse experience Additional Qualifications:
 • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
 • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
 • Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple departments
 • Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
