What You'll Do as the Production Assembler:- Assemble plastic putty knives in three different sizes
- Attach steel knives to handles using a universal stamping machine with two-hand control
- Add labels to the knives and handle components
- Use Vandorn machine to place caps on the ends of putty knives
- Operate Clark forklifts to move materials as needed
- Use Little David machine to tape boxes shut
- Operate Universal Labeling system with a light curtain for safety
What You Need to Bring to the Production Assembler Role:- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and assembling products
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations
