Summary

Join a manufacturing team supporting the production of high-quality metal components. This role involves assisting with sandblasted metal parts, measuring and applying rubber materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with handling and processing sandblasted metal parts 
• Measure and cut rubber strips to precise specifications for application to metal components 
• Apply rubber strips accurately to finished metal parts 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times 
• Perform additional shop duties and production tasks as assigned 

Requirements

Work Experience:

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to accurately measure and cut materials 
• Strong attention to detail and quality 
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment 
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team 
• Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
