SummaryJoin a manufacturing team supporting the production of high-quality metal components. This role involves assisting with sandblasted metal parts, measuring and applying rubber materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily shop operations. Responsibilities
Assist with handling and processing sandblasted metal parts
Measure and cut rubber strips to precise specifications for application to metal components
Apply rubber strips accurately to finished metal parts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times
Perform additional shop duties and production tasks as assigned
RequirementsWork Experience:
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience Additional Qualifications:
Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
