WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING:
Summary: The Taylor Craftsman Apprentice is responsible for learning the operation to ensure we are manufacturing product to the highest quality expectations for our customers. It is the responsibility of the Craftsman Apprentice to learn the vernacular associated to our orders. They will also need to be aware of all production goals and anticipate problems that could impact long term goals, including quality control and establishing high standards of workmanship. To be effective, an individual will need to learn the construction of our doors, be eager to learn, and demonstrate the ability to make safety and quality our top priorities.
