Pro Resources is searching for a Production/Inventory Coordinator- This candidate supports production planning, inventory control, and reporting to help ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role works closely with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to maintain accurate schedules, inventory records, and production documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily and weekly production schedules and update priorities based on customer demand.
Prepare and distribute production paperwork while tracking production progress.
Verify inventory availability and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Monitor finished goods inventory, assist with cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Enter production and batch information accurately, including lot number verification.
Prepare and distribute operational reports related to production, inventory, and raw materials.
Communicate production updates with internal departments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to pick-up and carry 50 lbs -daily.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time on concrete warehouse floor.
PPE Requirements
A respirator is required in designated production areas; employees must be clean-shaven to ensure a proper fit.
