Responsibilities include quality checks, calibrations, rework, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, with at least 6 months manufacturing experience; vocational training can substitute. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate machinery, including forklifts, is required. Pay starts at $20.75/hour, increasing after 90 days.
