Job Details

Position: Production Operator – Industrial
Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite)
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Contract Length: 1 Month
Schedule: 1st Shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Steel toe boots or safety-toed shoes required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.

Production Operator Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow established production procedures
• Perform repetitive machine and process operations while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines
• Complete production tasks including:
  • Manual bag lifting and stacking
  • Pallet jack and handcart operation
  • Packing operations
  • Material handling
  • Housekeeping and cleaning activities
• Make basic process or equipment adjustments as directed
• Record and report production information when assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Follow directions accurately and complete tasks on time

Work Environment

• Manufacturing plant environment with physical, hands-on duties
• Temperature conditions may vary (hot in summer and cold in winter)
• Some areas may be loud and require hearing protection
• Some areas may be dusty, including feed mill operations
• Must follow all required PPE and safety practices
