Position Overview
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, performing routine adjustments, recording production data, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Equipment Operation
- Operate manufacturing and processing equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor production lines and perform repetitive machine operations.
- Make routine adjustments to machinery and processes as directed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Record production counts, process data, and operational information accurately.

- Packer
- Palletizer
- Forklift

- Pellet Mill
- Other manufacturing and production equipment
Quality & Safety
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production deviations promptly.
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Support production schedules and operational goals.
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
