1st shift Production

Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Production Associate and be a vital part of our manufacturing operation! We are seeking motivated, entry-level candidates to support our shipping department and deburr wash area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with room for growth.

Wage: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of products.
• Support the deburr wash area by performing cleaning and finishing on parts to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift lightweight to moderate materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
