Position Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production staff, setting priorities to meet production goals, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization. Pay Range: $55,274-$82,911 Key Responsibilities: - Supervise production staff and make recommendations as necessary.
- Set production priorities to meet established production goals.
- Monitor production efficiencies and downtime, identifying and implementing solutions to improve performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and process improvements.
- Address and respond to quality non-conformances.
- Schedule ADP or Cornerstone training and ensure all training requirements are met.
- Enforce plant safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
Experience: - Experience and training in the automotive components industry.
- Some college coursework preferred.
- Experience with CNC machining and shipping.
Essential Skills: - Strong mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills at multiple levels within the organization.
- Ability to work long hours as needed.
- Basic computer knowledge.
