The 1st shift Production Supervisor position in our Baltimore, MD supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Baltimore, MD facility. The anticipated salary range starts at $48,200-$72,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor''s degree preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the First Shift Manager and will be based out of Baltimore, MD.

This position will work mainly 1st shift, with the core hours of 6:00 am - 3pm but will be flexible to changing hours based on production times and needs.
