About the OpportunityAs a Production Worker at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily shredder operations at our Becker, MN location. In this role, you will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support overall yard cleanliness.Key Responsibilities

Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor beltsSort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyorsClean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debrisAssist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to work independentlyBasic math skillsAble to lift and handle up to 50 poundsCapable of performing physical tasks in various environments

Compensation and Benefits
