What You’ll Do as a Bander:- Band and package metal panels, trim, and related products according to company specifications
- Review production paperwork and verify customer order accuracy
- Inspect finished products for damage, defects, and quality concerns
- Apply labels, tags, and shipping documentation to outgoing orders
- Operate banding equipment and packaging tools safely and efficiently
- Stage customer orders and assist with loading preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What You Need to Bring to the Bander Role:- Must have at least 6 months experience working in a manufacturing setting within the last 2 years
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to accurately count, measure, and organize materials
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
